mbraslav Posted November 1, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 1, 2018 Does anyone knows if what plays bigger role - list# or time on the job for seniority. I'm #4 on a list, there are 30 people on the list total, 15 of them work as provisional. When it comes to seniority - will it be by the list# or by time on the job. 98 Snake Eater Posted November 5, 2018 Share #2 Posted November 5, 2018 List # We have provisional workers that have been in the system twice as long as I have with way more experience and they usually get stuck with shitty picks because they haven't taken or passed the test. It's a shame cause many of them really know their stuff and get shafted, yet there are idiots that don't know a screw driver from a hammer, but have higher seniority because they scored higher on the test.
