This is like my first Time(I belivie) I see a Local/Express Station closed for All trains

I guess its cuz of the rehab at 96th street

 

have other routes before had a Local/Express station closed?

 

 

EXCLUDING 9/11 or something horrible, i mean a service change

Well the line sometimes has entire local sections going one way closed for track work, between express stations. Then you have to do the same thing, except for a lot more stations and a lot more people. But I've never seen an express station closed in one direction.

yes me boy, but im not talking Local Express and Local tracks i mean Local Express Express Local, for Local Express and Local, they can easily have the Lcl train open from the Exp trk

It's the same principle though, service in only one direction, so you have to go around it.

if 96 street get rehabilited and become wheelchair accesible for handicap.

 

why cant 86 street lexington avenue ( 4 , 5, 6 line)

59 street ( N , R , W , 4 , 5 , 6 line)

 

86 street , 59 street should get rehabilited and wheelchair accesible.

N , Q , R , W line station ( 57 street station should get rehabilited

& wheelchair accesible)
