Quote Design Completion was revised from August 2018 to March 2019 due to the Governor's request for the MTA to explore the addition of new entrances in the vicinity of 33rd St between 7th &am p; 8th Avenues. This study could be coordinated into a 30% design that would be added to the completed 30% design of the completed 33rd Street Concourse within Penn station.
