Metro North testing

Recommended Posts

So I called the number and spoke to someone who worked for the MTA. He said that Metro North doesnt tell people if they're still being considered for employment or the status of their application. They also wont inform anyone if they decide not to hire.

He said the process takes awhile so who knows. I've heard of people waiting 6 months to a year and heard some people get hired right after interviews.

Guess we just gotta wait it out. I wish they would inform us if they aren't going to move forward with our applications so I can stop thinking about when they will email or call lmao.

I received an email about a week after an interview I had with MNRR notifying me I wasn't selected for the position. Maybe some jobs they do and some they don't.

Best of luck, and no, not interested after speaking to a train dispatcher about block.
