Grade Your Line: MTA Issues Subway Report Cards To J, Z Riders

NY1 NEWS

[float=left]246738.jpg[/float]Commuters on the J and Z subway lines are getting their chance to tell the MTA what they think of their ride.

MTA workers began distributing report cards to J and Z riders at the Broad Street and Fulton-Broadway-Nassau stations during the Monday morning rush.

Commuters will be able to assign letter grades between A and F to qualities that include safety, cleanliness and security.

On Tuesday cards will be handed out at the Chambers Street, Canal Street and Delancey-Essex Street stops.

On Wednesday, riders can get cards at the Bowery, Marcy Avenue, and Crescent Street stations.

And on Thursday, cards will be handed out at Cypress Hills and Jamaica Center.

The report cards are similar to ones given to riders along the 7 and L lines earlier this summer.

The results of those surveys have not yet been released.

The 4 line is next, and the MTA has plans to offer report cards to riders on every line in the near future.
