What’s gonna happen is there’s gonna be some type of net that they will put up that will catch debris before it hits the street... simple solution before these lawsuits get outta hand

Can I just something obvious but overlooked?

If the only way maintenance can be done is piecemeal in abbreviated time windows like overnight hours, and service must still be run, mistakes and lazy maintenance like these (7) train incidents will happen.

And if this is happening on an above-ground viaduct, imagine what’ll happen with this half-assed years-long (L) partial shutdown.

Of course the track workers would say that they inspected it and found no problems. So did I. I looked at it for 5 seconds and didn’t see anything sticking out. No problem. Nope.

Don't forget the (A) train derailment due to an improperly stored rail.

Also, do the bullets not work with links?

Was it the (A) or (J) ?

If you clicked the link and watched the video report, it is being reported at Lefferts Boulevard; Which the (A) trains serve, NOT the (J) .
