The author has a very thorough knowledge of the civil service exams for T/O and C/R. The best value of the book are the test questions, and the difficulty level is on par with the past T/O and C/R exams that I had taken. I am definitely giving this to my friend who is interested in taking the next T/O and C/R tests.
