I can't wait for the weekend

Trains run in two sections:

1. Between 205 St and 34 St-6 Av D station

2. Between 34 St-Broadway Q station and Stillwell Av

Weekend, Oct 25 – 27, 12:01 AM Sat to 5 AM Mon

How will this affect my trip?

• To continue your trip, transfer at 34 St.

• For service to Brooklyn, transfer at 34 St where D service is available at the

downtown Q platform.

• D trains run on the Q between 34 St-Broadway and DeKalb Av.

There is no D service at West 4, Broadway-Lafayette, and Grand Sts.

A special S shuttle train runs between West 4 and Grand Sts stations.

Temporary revival of the Grand Street (S) and the Yellow (D) (I don't know if it they'd actually use Yellow D rollsign, but it'd be cool if they did). I'm definitely going on Saturday or Sunday and I'll try to upload some pics :)

No yellow (D). If somebody catches car 2761, it might have one of its side rollsigns displaying the Broadway (D). Only a select number of R68/R68A's actually still have the yellow (B)(D) within the side rollsign consist.

There WAS a yellow D? I heard about it but I thought it was someone's mistake.

Yeah 1986-1988, when the Manhattan Bridge North Side (6th Ave line) was under repair, they spited the (B)(D)

Orange for Northern Manhattan and the Bronx(Concourse/Central Pk west), before 34th Street, and 57th to brooklyn for Yellow (B)(D)(Q)(Broadway) , fromm 2001-2004 they had the same thing, but they didnt use yellow (B)(D)(Q) since they dont wanna confuse passengers, so it became (W)(Q)<Q>

=> (B) => (W) West end (2004- => (D) )

=> (D) => (Q) Brighton Local (2004 => (Q) )

=> (Q6) => <Q> Brighton Express (2004 => (B) )

till 2004 when everything wemt back to todays subway :)

i got a map from 87 with the Yellow (B)(D) (Q6)
