There are also instances where it says "GO", but doesn't charge me, or it only charges me $2.75 instead of $6.75, so there are definitely some issues Does the final charge(s) settle incorrectly? Are they doing any type of batching (lump sum amounts) yet? I haven't used OMNY in a while, the last time i used it, each individual subway ride would show up in my settled transactions. This is in contrast to Oyster contactless in London where all charges are aggregated and charged as one amount each day.

This is in contrast to Oyster contactless in London where all charges are aggregated and charged as one amount each day. Yeah, it's broken down individually, under "Trips", and combined under "Charges", but the "Charges" tab still gives you the breakdown in terms of when you were charged (or where if you use the subway), when you got a free transfer, etc., which I think is best, because I have tapped on about three occasions where I was NOT charged for the ride then and there despite saying "GO". On one occasion, I tapped, got an error message, tapped again, and it charged me $6.75 twice, once for the actual trip I was taking, and then a "recaptured fare" that it failed to charge me for a previous ride on the express bus, so $13.50 total. I strongly recommend that riders create an OMNY account to keep track of what they are charged. I simply check whatever account I use OMNY under whenever I use it. I have security protections on my cards so that I am not charged by accident by simply walking past the OMNY reader, as some people have complained in my advocacy group about paying via Metrocard, only to be charged by accident via OMNY. What do you mean by settling "incorrectly"? It lists the correct dates and times that the trips were taken and the charges charged, at least under OMNY. In your bank account or credit card accounts however, of course there's a delay in terms of when the transactions are posted, so if that's what you're referring to, then yes, you need to keep track of that if you are keeping tabs of your transit expenses. I actually keep track of my monthly expenses for things like Metrocard or OMNY use, Uber use, etc., but I just log that stuff in every few days or so to keep track of it, and see how I'm doing versus the budget I set. Hasn't been too much of a problem because my commuting costs are wayyy down anyway, but still interesting to track in any event. Previously, I would sometimes forget when I was overcharged for express bus riders, and at $6.75, they add up, so it's a lot easier with OMNY to be reimbursed. I am busy as of this month and won't have time to round up all the units with OMNY for the end of the year, so if you're willing to you can either do the full fleet or just the Brooklyn Bus Fleet. It's pretty much up to grabs this month.

It’s fair to say that all buses have at least bases installed. If any don’t, they will have them very soon.
