As of December 3rd 2019, Coney Island and Jamaica Yards are preparing for the CBTC signalling system for the Queens Blvd Line  (E)(F)<F> (R) and apparently ENY's (M) cars as well. Jamaica is planning to swap their R46s out for most of Coney Island's R160A-2, R160B Siemens/Alstom cars. When the swap is completed, you'll see R46s more on the (B)(N)(Q)(W) and (G) Lines. Since the R46s aren't CBTC compatible, they'll be at COney Island permanently.

What they are they going to do with R68/R68A cars?

They’ll likely stay at Coney Island and Concourse.
