R68ACTrain Posted December 6, 2019 Share #1 Posted December 6, 2019 As of December 3rd 2019, Coney Island and Jamaica Yards are preparing for the CBTC signalling system for the Queens Blvd Line and apparently ENY's cars as well. Jamaica is planning to swap their R46s out for most of Coney Island's R160A-2, R160B Siemens/Alstom cars. When the swap is completed, you'll see R46s more on the and Lines. Since the R46s aren't CBTC compatible, they'll be at COney Island permanently.
