Here it is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Q27_(New_York_City_bus). I am still adding more on its early history so stay tuned. I plan on writing one for the Q88 soon. I already have a lot of material for it. Other routes I might tackle are the Q16, Q30/Q31, Q26, and Q76.
