Union Tpke Posted January 17, 2020 Author Share #2 Posted January 17, 2020 (edited) @Eric B https://new.mta.info/system_modernization/42ndstreet/bryantpark 42 St Connection Project: Bryant Park We're creating a new, in-system walking transfer between 42 St-Times Sq and Bryant Park. This will provide a free connection between the 1/2/3/A/C/E/N/Q/R/W and the 6 Av B/D/F/M lines. The connection will be located closest to the 42 St Shuttle terminal area at Times Square, and the uptown and downtown B/D/F/M platforms at Bryant Park. Work begins in February 2020. https://new.mta.info/system_modernization/42ndstreet/grandcentral https://new.mta.info/system_modernization/42ndstreet/accessible Edited January 17, 2020 by Union Tpke

Lawrence St Posted February 28, 2020 Share #7 Posted February 28, 2020 If I were MTA, I'd leave the platform space near the 7th Av line open as part of a NYTM exhibition.
Deucey Posted March 2, 2020 Share #8 Posted March 2, 2020 So does this plan include moving the GCT platforms closer to the Lex Line instead of that 1000 ft walk?
