That was an active transverse until last year, after all. 72nd St is one way westbound in Central Park. It has been car free since late 2018.

Yeah I meant 66th, haven't been in that section of Central Park in a while.
Q23 via 108 Posted February 5, 2020 Share #23 Posted February 5, 2020 (edited) Hope You had breakfast. A string of random explosions have been affecting Orion 7 Old Gens (6500s and Gen 2 +). The MTA has to take them out of service inspect them all. This will drastically impact Queens and Brooklyn. For the sake of this scenario. You only have to focus on these 4 depots which have the highest amount of these buses. As of 2020. ENY 82 FR/JFK 157 LGA 107 BP 48 How would you help LGA, BP, JFK, and ENY. You must transfer buses and maybe cut routes temporarily to provide service as much as you can. You may have to borrow artics or even express buses, but from where? You may not take buses out of Eastchester Scrap. What routes will you consolidate or Put on hold? Which depots can run some of these routes? For Ex. CS operates the Q70 for LGA. Have fun. Every 30 will become 60. Every 20 will become 30. Every 15 will become 30. Every 8-15 will become 15. Every 2-7 will become 10-12. BP: Q114, Q64, Q110 and the Q112 will run. LGA: Q53, Q70, Q69, Q100, Q67, Q33, Q72, Q18, and Q102 will run. FR/JFK: Q6, Q7, Q8, Q10, Q11, Q41, Q60, Q22 will run. ENY: B12, B15, B17, B82, B83, Q24 and Q56 will run. There will be loans out of these depots to try to accommodate some of the loss: College Point, Eastchester, Spring Creek, Fresh Pond, Grand Avenue, Casey Stengel, Jamaica, Queens Village, Yonkers, All Staten Island Depots. MCIs and Prevosts will be used on local lines if needed. NICE and Bee Line will also loan out if needed. Earlier in the afternoon I had a different plan, but this one makes more sense in my eyes. NBTA Posted February 6, 2020 Share #25 Posted February 6, 2020 Sorry for double post, but here's a situation: Around 40% of each depots MCIs are taken out of service, due to cracks and parts falling off of the buses. This is effecting each MTAB Depot not named Baisley Park. Re-assign, reroute, cut, and add service as much as you please. Routes effected, all QMs, all BMs and all BxMs.
