Jova42R Posted May 1, 2020 Share #1 Posted May 1, 2020 Hi all, During quarantine, I've been making plans for trips after COVID-19 ends, and one of those is to Rockland County to explore a few abandoned railroads. I have a few questions, however. Are there any remnants of the NY&NJ RR north of Spring Valley (that's the RR that went to Haverstraw) Are there any remnants of the Erie Piermont Pranch between Blauvelt and Nanuet or between Spring Valley and Suffern Did the Erie Northern Branch ever go north of Nyack? Are there any remnants of stations on the CSX River Sub? I actually never been to Rockland county ny by train...only car....but someone here hopefully has the answers your looking for...
