Due to debris on the track at the Botanic Garden Station, there is no Franklin Avenue Shuttle (S) train service in both direction on the entire line.

That REALLY stinks. Was there a shuttle bus service?

Wow sounds like the old days of the "punishment line"...stories like service stopped cuz someone threw a stove on the tracks...

Wonder what the debris was, if it was like "olden times" or if it was just branches getting blown down from the weather..

It really sucks, as the shuttle runs uni-direction trackage for most of its line. And the debris happened to be on the only section of dual trackage.

its no biggie for me because if i ever needed to transfer from the (;)(Q) to the (S) Franklin Av Shuttle, i have alternates:

BOTANIC GARDENS:

Take the (;)(Q) to Atlantic Av-Pacific St and transfer to the (2)(3)(4)(5) and get off at Franklin Av instead. its a lil extra time but i can handle it.

PARK PLACE:

Take the (B)(Q) to Atlantic Av-Pacific St and transfer on the upper level to the B65 bus.

FRANKLIN AV-FULTON STREET:

Take the (B)(Q) to DeKalb Av and transfer on the upper level to the B25 bus.

Or if i dont want to do any of that, i can just take the (B)(Q) to Prospect Park and transfer to the B48 (via Washington Av-Classon Av bus).

We are talking about the Franklin Shuttle, but that's pretty lame.
