Renew NYCT Retiree Pass

I am a retired NYCT employee. How do I renew my employee pass?

They mail them to Pensioners now when they are about to expire, I think they just instruct you to mail the old one back to them when receiving the new one.

I forgot the specific room number, however the mailing address is as follows:

MTA/NYC Transit

Pass Unit

180 Livingston Street, 5th Floor

 Brooklyn, NY 11201

Are they still mailing transit passes when renewing, or do we need to go down to 180 Livingston like pre covid?

The pass office is open for in person visits, so I believe you have to go down there to renew.
