I was wondering how will buses will make detour or terminate?

Staten Island Buses: S40, S42, S44, S46, S48, S51, S52, S53, S61, S62, S66, S74, S76, S78, S79, X1, X10, X17C,

Brooklyn Buses: B1, B4, B8, B9, B11, B16, B24, B25, B26, B35, B37, B38, B39, B41, B43, B44, B45, B48, B52, B54, B57, B61, B63, B64, B65, B67, B69, B70, B71, B75, B77, B103, X27, X28,

Queens Buses: Q32, Q39, Q59, Q60, Q66, Q67, Q69, Q100, Q101, Q102, Q103, Q104, QM1, QM1A, QM2, QM4.

Manhattan: M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M15, M31, M35, M57, M60, M66, M72, M79, M86, M96, M100, M101, M102, M106, M116.

Bronx Buses: Bx1, Bx2, Bx15, Bx21, Bx32, Bx33, BxM1, BxM2, BxM3, BxM4A, BxM4B, BxM6, BxM7, BxM7A, BxM9, BxM10, BxM11.

How will these buses act doing the NYC Marathon.

BLUE COURSE

- START on Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Brooklyn-bound upper level

- Exit Right for “92nd Street” onto Dahlgren Place

- Dahlgren Place N-bound (VZ Bridge to 92nd St)

- Left onto 92nd St. (Dahlgren Place to 4th Ave)

- Right onto 4th Ave. N-bound in N-bound traffic lanes (92nd St to Ashland Pl)

- At jct. 4th Ave./Hanson/Ashland, proceed N onto Ashland Pl. N-bound (4th Ave to Lafayette

Ave)

- Right onto Lafayette Ave. at BAM (Ashland Pl to Bedford Ave)

GREEN COURSE

- START on Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Staten Island-bound lower level

- Continue onto S-bound traffic lanes of Brooklyn-Queens Expressway

- Bear Left to proceed up S-bound 79th Street BQE entrance ramp

- Continue across 79th Street, proceeding N-bound on 7th Ave. (BQE to Bay Ridge Pkwy)

- Left onto Bay Ridge Parkway (7th Ave to 4th Ave)

- Right onto 4th Ave N-bound in N-bound traffic lanes (NOTE: Merge into Blue Course at

this point)

 

ORANGE COURSE

- START on Verrazano Narrows Bridge, Staten Island-bound upper level

- Exit Left for 92nd Street onto Gatling Place (VZ Bridge to 92nd St)

- Left onto 92nd Street, running W-bound in E-bound traffic lane (Gatling Pl to Fort Hamilton

Pkwy)

- Left onto Fort Hamilton Parkway (92nd St to 94th St)

- Right onto 94th Street (Ft. Hamilton Pkwy to 4th Ave)

- Right onto 4th Ave. N-bound, bearing to Left into S-bound traffic lanes (94th St to Flatbush

Ave)

- Bear Left onto Flatbush Ave. N-bound (4th Ave to Lafayette Ave)

- Right onto Lafayette Ave. (Flatbush Ave to Bedford Ave)

- Merge into Blue Course, proceeding E-bound across Ashland Place on Lafayette Ave. at 8

Note: Also embargoed in Manhattan is Central Park West from West 59th to West 90th Streets, and

in Staten Island, Bay Street between Richmond Terrace and School Road.
