Some R160s on Marathon Sunday

Some shots on the Q & N lines early Marathon Sunday. The N train I took from Stillwell Avenue ran express to 59th Street, because it left the station about 10 minutes late. It by-passed so many stops on the local tracks... lots of people were left waiting.

 

 

Getting on the N Train at Stillwell Avenue

 

The train starts rolling. I like how the conductor can just enter into the computer "will not stop"

 

After watching the runners at 77th Street & 4th Avenue, I hopped on the R train for the city...

 

..and grabbed the 4 Train at Atlantic Avenue to 86 St. in Manhattan, where I watched the last two miles of the Marathon!

 

Then, took the D train to the Q to get back home.

 

Caught 2 R160s heading in & out of the Kings Highway Station at once.
