BM5 via Woodhaven Posted January 4, 2022 Share #1 Posted January 4, 2022 (edited) It's been a while, but I'm back with the timetable reviews. I compiled a list of all the route and service changes effective January 2nd. However, this time will also be a little different, because I will be also listing the changes which occurred in previous picks (June 27th, September 5th) since I did not make threads for them (hence 'Cumulative' being in the title). For June 27th, I did not include seasonal changes (routes which either have summer service added, or trippers taken away). Note that this is not the full list of routes that have had a new timetable come out, but these are the ones with enough changes to be notable. Some of the new timetables for other routes either had some formatting changes done, timepoints added/removed, or had minor trip time changes which are negligible (usually less than 5 minutes). The Spring Street, Varick Street & 6th Avenue terminal makes sense for PM rush. Very good update: @BM5 via Woodhaven

checkmatechamp13 Posted January 4, 2022 Share #4 Posted January 4, 2022 @BM5 via Woodhaven The SIM3C and SIM4C have seen weekend runtime adjustments (the SIM4C had excess runtime from Huguenot to ETC because they copy-pasted the old X17 runtime despite the shorter route). They shaved off 2 minutes (which I don't think will be enough) but we'll see. The SIM3C shaved off a few minutes on the Manhattan side of outbound trips (but added a couple of minutes to the SI side of inbound trips, especially west of Slosson). I didn't look at the SIM1C or SIM33C that closely (the SIM33C has excess runtime on weekdays from Slosson to Fingerboard that is still present). I assume the outbound runtimes on the "C" routes were also adjusted (the same as the 3C which I confirmed)

Which makes sense if there are people that work at the arena. Even if there aren't events, workers have to prepare for events and there is general upkeep of the arena that needs to take place. This gives people an option to arrive via public transit. Kind of like MSG. You have security guards and other personnel that are there in general. B35 via Church Posted January 14, 2022 Share #16 Posted January 14, 2022 Since we're talking about destination signages at the moment, I'm trying to recall what the SB M10 that used to end at MSG (NE corner of 8th/31st, on 31st, to be specific) signage read... I know it made no mention of MSG, that I can safely say....
