I haven't been to the Valley Mall Plaza area in about 2-3 years so I don't know what the reasoning is for those three lines not ending there exactly but, from what I see, that big place only has 4 stores so that could be a obvious reason of: Not much of a variety in stores to really get people going over there.

Also: The 13 will have less trips going out that way and more going to Irvington Terminal - https://d2g63oyneaimm8.cloudfront.net/sites/default/files/bus_schedules/upcoming/20220106/T0013.pdf

Yeah My opinion is that they must be kicking them off the property due to either complaints or they are demolishing the plaza?

Word is the new owner is kicking all commercial vehicles off for parking there. You can thank truckers for ruining that for the bus operators.

Interesting ... well, now to see if extending the 90 over to Hilton Garage works out because it didn't when they tried that on the 1 line in 2005.

So that was the story with that.... Lol... Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water....

AFAIC, good.... Nothing should've been terminating inside there to begin with...
