via White Plains Road 189 Posted November 11, 2008 Share #4 Posted November 11, 2008 wat do they mean crane? also Jackson station is no where near southern blvd, like 2 blocks wtf? It doesn't matter if the cross street not near the subway station....they have to shut down the trains closest to the intersection so the noise or vibrations don't make the crane collapse! Or is it cuz of constuction, cuz this happened at prospect once, which lead all trains to back up, like a AM Express terminated on M track of 174th and went back with LOADS of passengers
Paul P 0 Posted November 11, 2008 Share #6 Posted November 11, 2008 It's construction, other cranes won't make the ground vibrate except for an earthquake!
