What would be the ultimate subway car combination? ( R62 seats on an R42, like that )

Anyone remember when they were testing Melco (alstom) propulsion on the R38?s

 

I heard about it, but they were most likely DC motors as the R38 doesn't have AC propulsion components.

Why does everyone like 75 foot cars so much? They can't even fit on the lines!

 

I like window seats! And shiny wide interiors.

 

Now my reply:

 

- A new train (R160) with the standard blue seats in the arrangement of the window seats.

 

- (my own additions) A new train with gold colored exterior, the inside has very pale yellow wall and fushia/hot pink seats!

 

- New trains with the arrangement of R42 inside while keeping the blue seats and white walls. The blue seats would have the shape of the old gray seats. No electronic message, just the conductor's announcement.
