Service Alert section

Since they put up an announcement about Service Alert threads, I should point out that I had already thought about the usefulness of such threads in the main section, because of the temperoary nature of them. So I had thought that there should be a separate subforum for them. Then, readers would know right away where to go to find out what's happening.

since the issue has apparently gotten big enough to gain the Admins' attention, they should consider this.

As long as people were able to find the right one to post it in i wouldn't mind seeing it. Put on for mta, septa, nj transit, other us transit, and world transit.
