Lakeland Restores Service Via Boonton/Mountain Lakes

Looks like Lakeland finally restored (very limited) service via Boonton and Mountain Lakes after more than a 2 year gap. Only 2 round trips so far, with a third starting with the 5/31/22 schedule change. It's nowhere near the level of service previously offered but it's a start!

Is it really? I've checked their site and at the moment, I still see three roundtrips as of the 5/31/22 schedule change.

It’s expected that since they’re not getting the ridership on that line, they’ll put up another 46 trip

Oh well, we'll see what happens. I really do miss the pre-Covid schedules, especially as they allowed for a late night in New York. If I remember correctly, the last trip from Port Authority was at 1:00am which came in very handy and was well patronized any time I used it.
