From what our TSS told me (I done the training for the new terminal), it suppose to be Dec 21, which is the start of the new pick. I don't take word for word what the media put in there, as they like to brush things up, to make it more appealing to buy or listen to. Sounds better that is will open during the new year, than at the end of this year.

 

All-in-all, we shall see and know when the trains will go in there in revenue service, when the first load is dropped off and picked up there........

True, that's what the media said. Doesn't mean we have to take it in word for word.

I already knew that the new SF terminal was open for non-revenue training.

it was posted at subchat that the last day for revenue service for the SF loop would be on 12-21-08.

most of what the media says i take with a grain of salt.

knew that the new terminal was gonna open on 2-21-08.LOL,oh well.

Yeah, he sounds really confident that the opening date is 21-12-2008.

The new station looks good. Can't wait to see track maps.

I believe there is a new track map printed on the NYC Trackbook's latest edition. I don't think there's anything special. Just a two track line with a crossover north of the new stop. Island platform.
