CT Transit is making a slate of service changes across its network set for later this month. The highlight includes the creation of three new routes (1 New Haven Area, 1 in Central CT, and 1 Fastrak), and the elimination of three Hartford area routes (2 local, 1 express). Many other routes will be streamlined, rerouted, truncated, or extended. There are many schedule changes which will result in a net increase in service provided, due to an increase in funding by the CT legislature.
