Does anyone have a map showing the individual IND and BMT train services before the Chrystie Street Connection opened in 1967?

Looking for anything after the adoption of letters on the BMT in 1960 but before 1967.

In this era, the route service guide on the reverse has the letters by route, but the letters are not included on the map. IRT routes are not listed by number prior to 1967.
