Your in Nassau County,so hopefully you have a strong outdoor antenna. I live in western Queens and reception is very weak for the 900mhz mta bus channels. The NYCTA Bus channels(800mhz)I can hear pretty good. I have a low end scanner(PRO-164)$199.99. NYCTA Bus channel frequencies. 854.862,854.912,855.112,855.162,855.362,855.412, 855.612,855.662,855.862,855.912,856.387,856.412, 857.387,857.412,858.387,858.412.
