Anyone knows the status of the new parking lots for Edison Train Station?

Last time, someone told me there is 8 to 10 year wait on the parking permit of Edison Train Station; however, there is going to be a brand new 800 parking space deck built, that would be many more than current 350 spots... But, ever since then, I heard no status on the parking lot...
