For 45th Rd-Court House Sq, transfer to World Trade Center-bound or Smith-9th St-bound to 23rd St/Ely Av-Court Sq Station. For Hunters Point Av as alternate, stay on to 21st St-Van Alst. For Grand Central Take World Trade Center-bound to Lex Av/53rd St for downtown or to Lex Av/59th St for downtown . Wheelchair passengers should transfer to Q32 bus at 61st St-Woodside for Grand Central Area (5th Av @ 46th, 44th, 41st Sts) OR: Transfer to Manhattan-bound to Times Sq for M42/M104 bus to Grand Central. For 5th Av: Transfer to Manhattan-bound to 42nd St-Bryant Park. For Times Sq: Riders may choose to take World Trade Center-bound at 74th St to 42nd St-PABT or N/Q at Queensboro Plaza. EDIT (again): A new email states that ALL G.O.s are cancelled and both the and will operate normally. The station rehab is all that is left.
