Are you a person in high school with a great group of friends? Are you a graduate who has lost touch with an old freind? Me and some friends were hanging out and we came to the subject of our futures and how after HS we may never see each other for a while..... And this song came to mind. So sad, but it is the truth.

I've often wondered what will come when I have the freedom to go off on my own legally. One of my friends is dead set on moving to california, but I and set to become a TO eventually. Life is full of cruel twists, but many more good ones as well.

I remember this song! It came out when I was about 12 or 13 years old, if I remember correctly. (Z-100 played it to death back then.)

 

I find it a very sad and depressing record, for obvious reasons.

 

It's shocking how true it is, though. It's only 2 years that I'm out of high school (I graduated in June 2005), and yet I have lost touch with all but one - ONE - friend I had from there.
