On Gallery.bustalk.info the is a pic of NYBS New Look 1495 with an logo on it. Can any one explain this?

When the MTA took over the PBL they changed the logo to MTA but kept the PBL paint scheme.

But wouldn't they have retired the fishbowls immediately?

They were going to be re-activated after Hurrican Katrina if more MCI's were to be sent down there, along w/ the 3 GM Classics. The first MCI's went down and the second trip was cancelled and the fishbowls remained retired(NYCT)
