Surbuban Orion V CNG on the B103 today...

I rode 709 on the B103 today, this bus has surbuban seats. I thought it was weird that they would run one of their surbuban CNG's on the B103 on a WEEKDAY. So did SC get any new MCI's? This is my first time seeing an surbuban Orion V on the B103 since it got taken over by MTA bus.
