Red Hook street cars

The end of Conover St near Beard is a yard on the water, Upper New York Bay, in Red Hook -- with at least two street cars on rails, presumably MTA and say 1950s.

 

Anybody know more?

Yes, they have them up north along the east river too, but those are PCC street cars, not trollys.
