2. NYCTA/MTA Bus # 8212, 8218, 8430, 8356

3. NYCTA Orion NG # 3800

 

Dont know the rest off the top of my head.

Nova RTS Suburban 9299 (was my bus when Yonkers had it)

MCI D4500 3378 (was my bus 2 years ago. Rocket, but moody.)

MCI D4500 NJ Cruiser any 8900's

Neoplan AN460 558 (Bee-line)

MCI 102A2 933 (Bee-line)

MCI 102A2 910 (Bee-line)

Flex Metro B 3529 (NJT)

Flex Metro D 1779(NJT) /Hillside)

Nova RTS 1013 (NJT) /Hillside)

Nova RTS 1018 (NJT) /Hillside)

I have driven them all and those are the best IMO, I dare you to question my infinate wisdom;)

That must have been fun to ride and hear the DD50 engine wine on the Major Degan expressway.

Well Ulmer Park done governed most of thier RTS (which some are ex-Yonkers) to 38-45MPH. B):(B) I guess Jamaica Depot is my new friend as thier RTS are governed at 60MPH.

Yes, but on the Bruckner it was better. 9299 was good for 70MPH:cool:(NYCT)

Aaaggh, I would've loved to have heard that...

 

Old school SEPTA AN440s and Bee-Line Flxibles (RIP) for me. There hasn't been a sound quite as good as that Bee-Line whine since.
