Should there been Transportation Award for B/O?

I know NYCT Transit Buses have Big Apple Award. I don't know if MTA Bus Company and MTA Long Island Bus is included because of Regional Bus Operation.

 

I was wondering is there should be Suffolk County Apple Award for Suffolk County Transit, Westchester County Bee-Line Award for Bee-Line Bus, Rockland County Award for Transport of Rockland, SEPTA for bus operators/SEPTA trolley operators who are excellent, cortesy and excellent to their passengers?

Liberty Lines has schauffeur of the month and year, along w/ safe driver awards. (MTA)Bus & LIB are now included w/ the Safe driver & apple award issued by (MTA)NYCT DOB. However the is slow to reconize member at (MTA)Bus.
