True, the may not and should not receive R160s, being a part-time line, but who knows? If gets R160s, short-turned (F)'s may become R160 (V)'s. Only time can tell the story. Either that,or they were burn testing it. Keep in mind that the R160 is programmed for all in-service routes in case of construction or emergency diversions.
