Micstromme Posted January 28, 2009 Share #1 Posted January 28, 2009 Flatbush Depot and the Grand Avenue Depot have the 1993 RTS' (TMCs) in store. These buses should be sent to the depots along the MTA Bus Regions and they should be replaced with the Orion VII NGs, Indefinitely!!!!!!!!!! trainfan22 Posted January 28, 2009 Share #2 Posted January 28, 2009 Simply put it, NO. Doesn't make no sense and is unfair to MTA bus riders. Other than Ulmer park, none of the brooklyn depots don't need anymore of those damn Orion VII's!! Grand ave doesn't need any NG's they already have hybrids, depots like UP, KB, Gun Hill and CP need NG's.

Micstromme Posted January 29, 2009 Author Share #6 Posted January 29, 2009 I totally agree. All depots without hybrids should get Orion 7 NG. If you think that Ulmer is so great then would you be happy if they received 6558-6624 instead of NGs?
B41 Posted January 29, 2009 Share #7 Posted January 29, 2009 Well yes. I don't see the problem with UP getting hybrids, this thread is about were the 84xx/85xx TMC's will go, so I will not debate with you.

I caught 8044 and 8077 today in service for the Bronx. 8077 is one of the best TMCs in the city, but 8044 just sounds cool, no pickup whatsoever.
