metsfan Posted February 5, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 5, 2009 I have only ever had a few issues with photographing... all with (NJT) one with amtk. One was a disguntled yard worker at hoboken, one was a grumpy conductor who violated my rights by not allowing me to have my camera on or he'd have me arrested by (NJT) police, and a fare collector who had no idea what she was talking about. Then there was the fare collector who said it was illegal to take photos out the window of a train..... As far as amtrak.... They didn't let me on the platform to photograph the (NJT) equipment extra train, and the guy seemed like a real jerk anyways:mad:. He said they have never let anyone on platforms to take photos..... Ya, uhm i don't think so buddy. As long as i'm not trespassing by entering restricted employee only area or unsafe location, they have no right to harang me. Ever heard of the 1st ammendment? Ya, it still exists. - A
