I figure there maybe some on here who knows or have some information on how can get this labor time guide for transit buses. For example: Through my findings, India has a very lengthy labor time since they use very little modern tools (air tools or specialized tools). Japan is VERY efficient and have a special tool for just about everything. Anyone on here know anything about labor time guides for NY-MTA or NJ- MTA, Philly....... thanks in advance for any information you can give me.
