aemoreira81 Posted February 18, 2009 Share #5 Posted February 18, 2009 Great catch! What previous depots was 104 at? When MTA Bus began, it was at College Point as a suburban coach; it then was reseated and sent to JFK, and now it has returned to College Point. Bee Flexible #823 Posted February 19, 2009 Share #10 Posted February 19, 2009 Does 104 have a bleached back? I wish they would remove the platforms on the Orions. They look silly like that. Anyways, Nice pics!
TheHat Posted February 19, 2009 Share #11 Posted February 19, 2009 When MTA Bus began, it was at College Point as a suburban coach; it then was reseated and sent to JFK, and now it has returned to College Point. When (MTA)Bus began 104 was at Yonkers. I personally drove it along w/ 101(My picked bus), 103, 105, 107, 108(had an MCI L/S mirror as an experiment),110, 111, 113 &
Queens Surface Posted February 20, 2009 Author Share #12 Posted February 20, 2009 Whoa , an MCI mirror on a Orion V, that must have been weird.
TheHat Posted February 22, 2009 Share #13 Posted February 22, 2009 It took some getting used to, but helpful havin' a convex mirror on the L/S. They tested it on an 1000-series artic out of 100st around the same time, but didn't keep it(NYCT)
