Urbanfortitude Posted February 28, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 28, 2009 Well the pictures speak for themselves. I figure we have a few fans and I'm a fan of these myself. So here you go. My question is I wonder if they're still operable...
Fan Railer Posted February 28, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 28, 2009 they probably still are, just being saved for work service, and a possible revival for a redbird fantrip.
Urbanfortitude Posted February 28, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted February 28, 2009 I counted 8 redbird cars at the time. Could definitely put it together and give it run (even thought it would probably never happen). Would be nice if they did something with it like they did the V line sometime back with that one set of old cars (my mind is blank as to what model that was). R44 5278 Posted February 28, 2009 Share #6 Posted February 28, 2009 Cool shots! Is it true that they duct tape the redbirds' roofs to give them that white look?
metsfan Posted March 1, 2009 Share #7 Posted March 1, 2009 Cool shots! Is it true that they duct tape the redbirds' roofs to give them that white look? The photos are a bit over-exposed, the roof is a silvery grey color. - A
