(Phase IVb, Capstone, and Phase V [in reality it's the REAL phase IVb]) Here's the F40 pulling them The NJT F40 in full detail. New Jersey Transit's "Disco Stripes" These are my girl's favorite colors. Capstone Cafe' Amfleet. I thought this scheme was the nicest Amtrak had. The "Phase V" Amfleet. In reality it's the true Phase IVb. The "Phase IVb" Amfleet. Again, just a Phase IV with a red pinstripe. The true Phase IVb The fake Phase IVb Capstone car end.
