R68 Subway Car Posted March 4, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 4, 2009 On Monday, March 3, 2008, I went to B&H Photo Video in Manhattan. By the end of the day, I had purchased a brand new Canon Powershot S5IS Digital Camera. I have in the span of one year have gone everywhere with my camera. I photographed from the R32 to R160B Fleets. I have photographed two NYC Stadiums, Yankee Stadium and the now departed Shea Stadium. I have photographed the LIRR and MNRR. I have taken the Circle Line tour with my camera. I also photographed the All Star Parade. I have also photographed the iconic Lady Liberty. This camera has proven to be a sucess from the start. This is the first camera I put to full use for railfanning. I love learning all the great technology in my camera. I cant wait to see what else I can photograph with this great piece of technology. Joe Posted March 5, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 5, 2009 Cameras tend to find themselves all over the place. Mine's got quite an extensive itinerary...and that's just going by the time i've spent with it. I have no idea where it went with Fred.
