Locals Fear Crowded Trains During Roosevelt Island Tram Closing

Well, the (F) is prone to G.Os... Then maybe run some (V)'s down 63rd?

The thing is when the F is prone to GOs, I mean GO that will affect Roosevelt Island access. So how can they send the V there when there is a GO affecting the 57th-6th Ave, Lexington-63rd, Roosevelt Island and Queensbridge Stations? Besides, like what Curt says, the V doesn't run on weekends.

What they should consider is have a NY Water Taxi service there.

It's hard to sympathies with people who choose to live on an island that has always been cut off from the city. I can see adding more bus service, but adding more trains is a bit too much in my opinion. Plus how many people can the tram take at one time, I think a train can take alot more.

Adding too many trains on one line will affect the headways for another.
