Urbanfortitude Posted March 10, 2009 Share #7 Posted March 10, 2009 Hmm...I'm tempted to try and catch an R32 . It would be as much of a challenge as it was for me to finally catch a train.

Its took me yrs to catch a R-160A-1 train and I caught it during rush hours @ Marcy Avenue....so b/w 4-5pm stand somewhere along the Nassau Street Line or Jamaica Line during rush hours and you'll def catch a 4-sure! Last year I waited for nearly an hour for the Z, and that was like 3:30 or something. I gave up afterwards.

pr1nyc1 Posted March 11, 2009 Share #15 Posted March 11, 2009 I prefer riding these and the 44s everyday rather than those filthy 40 slants, ugh. Unfortunately i do not get the luck to ride the r32 nor the r38. Nice pics btw.

FlushingExpress Posted March 12, 2009 Share #18 Posted March 12, 2009 A slant? i think he meant R40M. R40 slants only ran on the before they were all moved to Coney Island to run on the ((Q6). R40Ms were maintained at ENY until 2003. good catch of the R32 btw.
R44 5278 Posted March 12, 2009 Share #19 Posted March 12, 2009 R40s also ran on the M briefly during the Willy B reconstruction and during 9/11 when the M was diverted via Sea Beach.
