So I walk to the WTC thinking I'm gonna use the to go and switch at some point to an (A)/© and when I get to the WTC station I see a train parked there taking on passengers. I didnt get to ride it tho cuz of my roommate yanking me away so he could ride the R160 -grumbles-. So I'm thinking its a one time thing and as my is pulling out, I see another waiting to go into the terminal. Does anyone know what was going on?
