Brighton Local 703 Posted March 15, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 15, 2009 Probably the most boring 3 1/2 hr trip Ive ever embarked on. Between driving an hour to/from the "Museum", and spending 45 minutes snapping photos. However, inhaling (and I mean for real) the history was cool. Standing next to these 50+ year old cars, and the oil on the tracks heating up, you know this equipment is nothing less than VINATGE Connection to the Union Pacific Branch Line on Left. metsfan 2 Posted March 15, 2009 Share #9 Posted March 15, 2009 Incredible and varied trip through history. Some of those cars were on some of the most famous trains ever to ride the rails. I wonder if UP or BNSF will ever resume passenger service........ Thanks Z! - A
