Water Main break on 7th Avenue Line

Recommended Posts

Due to a water main break on Canal Street, (1)(2)(3) train service is suspended in both directions between Chambers St and 14th Street. Selected (2) trains are running on the (5) line in both directions between 149th St and Nevins Street.

I had to revert to the Lexington Line to get home from Times Square lol. Unlucky guy I am.

Due to signal problems at the South Ferry Station, please expect delays in (1) train service at this time.

Damn, a freaking series of SNAFUs on the 1 in this section today. I was there at SF 4:20 and I heard announcements that there is a delay.

What does SNAFU stands for?

Well, I am the lucky guy who went on the (1) all the way to Union but caught a (3) and went Express to Times since I was to use the Restrooms (you get the point)... That is why some parts of the line seems so wet and flooded, :)!

The 1 doesn't go to Union Square

I was @ the new South Ferry station when I heard that announcement. (1) train was suspened b/w South Ferry and Times Square-42nd Street. Select (2) are running from 149th Street-Grand Concourse and Nevins Street via Lexington Avenue Line and (3) trains terminated @ 14th Street.....that's a hot mess right there!

Umm, well... I meant 14th Street, I have a big habit like dustclee... I also say the (A)(C)(E) on 14th Street as Union, :(...

That's just as wrong as calling the 42nd Street station on the A C and E lines Grand Central.

Anywho... there should be no faults today with the line or the station
