For historical value, yeah I miss the station. It was a cool and decent station, except that it was loud as all hell and of course, the 1st 5 cars of the (1). This new station is MUCH better and it was needed. Having been there once, I can say that it was money well spent. It's wheelchair accessible, it will have A/C in the station when it's hot, and it's perfect timing as it's the 1st day of spring, and the free connection with the (R) and (W) alone makes it worth it. It would be nice if there was more artwork in the station but most people going through the station aren't thinking of subway stations as if they were in The Met, they just want to get on the train and go where they need to go. This station is appropriate for the (1).
